Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for the two ways you can pay for getfitchecks: the one-time Single Analysis purchase, and the Weekly/Monthly subscriptions. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record.

This purchase delivers its result immediately — you get your rating right after paying. Because the service is fully delivered at the moment of purchase, it's non-refundable once the analysis has been generated.

If something goes wrong on our end— for example, the AI provider fails to return a result — your credit is automatically returned to your account so you don't lose it, and you can try again at no extra cost. No manual refund request needed for this case.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Payments for a billing period are non-refundable for the unused portion— if you cancel partway through a period, you keep full access until that period ends, but we don't refund the remaining days.

How to cancel:open your dashboard and use the "Manage billing" link, which takes you to Paddle's secure hosted billing portal — cancellation happens there, takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you won't be charged again after that.

If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same purchase, or believe there's a mistake with your billing, contact us at getfitchecks@gmail.com and we'll look into it. Since Paddle is the merchant of record, they may also handle payment disputes and chargebacks directly under their own buyer terms.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
