Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this as your fitrate profile.

Outfit photos. When you upload a photo for rating, it is sent directly to our AI provider for analysis and is not storedon our servers or in our database, before or after analysis. Once the analysis is returned to you, we don't retain a copy of the image.

Billing information. If you purchase a plan, our payment processor (Paddle) handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information. We keep a record of your subscription/purchase status (plan, billing period, and remaining usage) so we can grant you access to the service.

Usage information.We keep basic operational records, such as how many analyses you've run in a given period, to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.

• To create and maintain your account.
• To process your outfit photos and return an AI-generated analysis to you.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or credits.
• To enforce fair-use limits on the service.
• To communicate with you about your account or transactions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on the following third parties to operate fitrate:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth). We only receive the profile information Google shares with your consent.
• Anthropic (Claude API)— processes the outfit photo you submit to generate your rating. Anthropic's handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Paddle — our payment processor and merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle collects and processes your payment details directly; we never receive your full card number.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

We keep your account and billing records for as long as your account is active. Outfit photos are never retained in the first place, so there is nothing to delete on that front. You can request deletion of your account and associated records at any time (see Contact below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to how we process it. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights.

fitrate is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
