These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fitrate, operated by [Your legal business or entity name]. By creating an account or using fitrate, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

fitrate lets you upload a photo of an outfit and receive an AI-generated rating and styling feedback for a stated occasion. Ratings are generated automatically by an AI model and are provided for entertainment and general guidance only — see Section 7.

You must be at least 18 years old to use fitrate. You sign in using your Google account; you're responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity under your fitrate account.

fitrate offers three ways to pay, processed by our payment provider, Paddle:

• Single Analysis — a one-time purchase that grants one outfit analysis.
• Weekly — a recurring subscription granting a limited number of analyses per week, billed weekly until canceled.
• Monthly — a recurring subscription granting a limited number of analyses per month, billed monthly until canceled.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, which opens Paddle's hosted billing portal — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases: your payment is made to Paddle.com, and Paddle handles tax, invoicing, and payment method security. fitrate never sees or stores your full card details.

The Single Analysis purchase delivers its result immediately and is non-refundable once the analysis has been generated. Subscription payments are non-refundable for partial periods — if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, but we don't refund the unused portion. If something went wrong with your purchase or you were charged in error, contact us at [Your support/legal contact email]and we'll look into it.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or that depict anyone without their consent.
• Upload illegal content, or content involving minors.
• Attempt to abuse, circumvent, or overload the service (including rate limits or plan quotas).
• Use the service to build a competing product by systematically extracting our AI outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Outfit ratings and feedback are generated automatically by a third-party AI model. They are subjective, may be inaccurate, and are not professional styling, medical, or psychological advice. Don't rely on them for anything beyond general guidance.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited license to transmit it to our AI provider solely to generate your analysis. As described in our Privacy Policy, we don't store your photos.

The fitrate name, branding, and website design belong to [Your legal business or entity name]. You may not copy, reuse, or reverse-engineer the service without our permission.

You may stop using fitrate and cancel any subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

fitrate is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your legal business or entity name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
